Today companies hosting conferences, team building, presentations, and press events expect more from hotels than just installing a projector or two, with a mobile screen connected to a pair of active speakers. According to a 2016 study, the most preferred venues are the ones with lot of natural light, optionally the hotel is in a natural setting or on the waterfront – however, in addition to the location, the technical readiness of the room is just as important. Who would want the sound or image to go away right in the middle of their presentation?
